We exclusively use Honda engines in our line of diggers and augers. They are powerful, reliable with many professional qualities you want in an engine. The Dirt Dawg Cub uses a Honda GX35 4-stroke engine, no need to mess with the oil/gas mixing of a 2-stroke engine, quiet performance, with 360-degree operation and storage with rotary-slinger lubrication system. Our frame is made from US 1" square steel, and accurately bent and welded into a solid frame. No nuts and bolts to rattle off, it's built to last. The Dirt Dawg Cub has a multi-purpose designed frame. Our frame design allows for more leverage with your hand location. By keeping your hands 18" apart, you have more physical leverage vs the competition with up to 24" hand separation. The spongy hand grips will help soak up vibration from continued use. Store the power head upright as the auger spindle was designed to be nestled inside the frame, no tippy dreidel effect. Let the Dirt Dawg Cub 8-inch bit do the work for you. Our Auger bits have a 3M powder coated finish, which will still be looking sharp after many uses.
