Complete fully assembled 5 nozzle Fan Misters include: 7' of 1/4" Polyethylene tubing with 3 brass misting nozzles installed at 6" intervals. 3/4" FHT Swivel x 1/4" compression-lock tubing to hose thread adapter. System is fully assembled, packed in bulk with less decorative packing materials for lower costs and to reduce trash. We usually ship First Class Mail (USPS) on Tuesdays and Thursdays, unless urgent shipping is requested. The number of nozzles on your Fan Mister depends on the size of your fan and strength of fan. Hi velocity fan may add 2 nozzles. Here are recommendations: Less than 12 " diameter.......1 nozzle 12" to 16"...........................3 nozzles 16" to 24"...........................5 nozzles 24" to 36"...........................7 nozzles Use only Standard Garden hose, ¾ diameter with the threaded part is 5/8". This is the most common hose being used in the United States and Canada. You do not need any electric pumps. For the foreign customers, we recommend to use Expedited Mail. Product Description The ultra-quiet fan system is designed to cool home theaters, entertainment centers, and audio video cabinets. Features a speed controller and 6 foot power cord. Included fans use a custom motor engineered to minimize noise during speed variations and are certified by CE, UL, TUV, and RoHS. Containing dual ball bearings rated at 67,000 hours, the unit can be mounted in any direction. Features a CNC machined aluminum frame with a modern brushed black finish. Fans are set to exhaust air out the frame but this can be reversed to intake air using a screw driver. Includes all necessary hardware to easily mount the unit onto a cabinet and power it through an USB port or standard wall outlet. Speed Controller and Boost Adapter The in-line multi-speed controller with power switch allows setting the fan’s speed to optimal noise and airflow levels for various environments. The included Boost Adapter not only allows the fan to be powered through a wall outlet, but increases its performance by up to 25%. Connecting Additional Units For cabinets that requires more airflow, each fan unit can daisy chain additional AIRPLATE S series cabinet fans: AIRPLATE S1 (AI-CFS80BA), AIRPLATE S3 (AI-CFS120BA), AIRPLATE S5 (AI-CFD80BA), and AIRPLATE S7 (AI-CFD120BA). Up to six units can share the same USB or wall outlet power source. AIRPLATE S3/T3 contains one fan, AIRPLATE S7/T7 contains two fans, and AIRPLATE S9/T9 contains three fans.
