The objective is to reach exactly 21 points before the other player. The way to make points is to either toss the dart in the ring or be nearest as long as the other player hasn’t done the same. 3 points is awarded if you get it inside the ring, however, if the opposing player also gets it inside the target, both points offset. If neither of you get it inside the ring, a point is awarded to the player closest to the target.
