A motorized Rotisserie continually rotates the turkey in and out of the oil for perfect results using only 4 quarts of oil. Fry up to a 15-pound turkey (frozen "tag" weight) in about 4 minutes per pound with this innovative frying method. It uses one-third the oil of traditional electric turkey fryers and only one-sixth the oil of many outdoor fryers, saving money on oil! in addition to frying a delicious turkey, this multi-use deep fryer includes a fry/steam basket that replaces the Rotisserie for deep frying fish, fries, and chicken. It's also great for boiling and steaming vegetables and seafood.
