This switch features a compact design that mounts on any surface from horizontal up to a 24-degree angle. It incorporates a reliable mechanical switch that actuates the pump motor at 2 inches water level. Its cover offers additional protection, and a convenient test knob extends out from the cover so you can confirm the switch is operable. The wire leads do not flex or hinge with the float, as they do on some competitive models, and the integral cover dampens bilge sloshing to reduce pump cycling and prevent debris interference.
