Best Bottom Diapers shells are considered an All-In-Two system, the waterproof shells are wipe-able and reusable. Best Bottom Cotton shells are composed of one inner layer of PUL (polyurethane laminate) waterproof material and one outer layer of 100% high quality designer cotton. Another feature to love about the Best Bottom Diaper is double gussets to help contain messes. These shells are used in combination with an absorbent snap in insert. Snap in inserts are sold separately so that you can choose size (small, medium, large, or xlarge) and material type. Usually only 2 sizes of inserts are used to complete the diapering cycle of your infant. If your baby is on the slimmer side use the smalls and then mediums. If your baby is trending on the higher % on the charts then use the smalls inserts and then you can probably jump to the large inserts.

The Bigger Best Bottom diaper shell is designed to fit babies 10-45+ lbs. We added special leg gussets to help keep everything in, adjustable rise with four settings, and overlapping snap closure. After the diaper is on, pull the leg gussets out around baby's legs. This will guard against leaks and help avoid any red marks. Best Bottom diaper system is easy to snap together and go.
