Premium hitch receiver mounting plate for winches from Driver Recovery Products. Super-duty construction; fabricated from a single piece of ultra-high tensile strength, 3/16" steel plate. Mount is coated with an epoxy grade finish which is significantly less likely to chip and rust than powder coated models. Mounting channel is drilled with two bolt patterns allowing for custom mounting applications and compatibility with most every winch brand; a standard 10" x 4-1/2" pattern, and a 6-1/2" x 4-1/2" pattern. Two removable side guards protect your winch motor and double as handles, allowing for convenient winch removal/installation. The front of the mount is pre-drilled for a standard 10" hawse or roller fairlead (mounting holes are 10" on center and mouth opening is 8-13/16" x 1-1/4"). Fairlead opening is centered to bolt patterns for perfect fairlead alignment. The mounting plate area measures 14-5/8" long, 7" deep and 4" tall. Distance between side guards when installed: 25-1/2". Handle length: 7-1/8". Shank for standard 2" receiver tube measures 6-3/4" from rear edge of plate to end and includes hitch pin. Pack of mounting hardware included.

Make sure that your cargo load is well secured with the Driver Recovery Products E-Track cam buckle tie-down straps. Designed with industrial-strength to effectively and reliably handle almost any job, these straps provide a webbing break strength of 6,000 pounds, an assembly break strength of 3,500 pounds, and a safe working load limit of 1170 pounds. These 2" x 16' heavy-duty straps feature an easy-to-use design to quickly secure and tighten items into place during transport. Both ends of each strap are equipped with E-track spring fittings, which get clipped into slots on horizontal or vertical E-track rails. To tighten the strap, turn the cam buckle over and thread the webbing through while pressing the thumb release, then pull the strap to the desired length and let go of the thumb release. To loosen the strap, press the lever and slide the strap out. Cam buckle straps are softer on cargo than their ratcheting counterparts, plus are easier to control with one hand, by simply pressing the lever as the strap is slowly pulled loose or tight. For this reason, many people prefer cam straps over ratchet strap when it comes to securing bikes, motorcycles, ATVs, and other valuable loads on their trailers or trucks. Driver Recovery Products' quick connector set gives the user a simple, convenient way to connect and disconnect power to winches and other electrical devices. These are constructed of tough polycarbonate with a fitted rubber boot on each end to guard against dust, moisture, corrosion, and the elements. The connector ends are identical so that the user may connect either end to the power or load side. They are mated, meaning they connect in only one direction (polarity). The connectors are designed for low voltage use (12-36 volts DC). The set is compatible with any winch, but the ends may not match the connectors included with other brands. The connectors are suited for high-current use with winches rated 8,000 pounds or higher. The true rated capacity is 175 amps, although some dealers quote higher numbers for similar or even inferior connectors. Terminal pins are 0.35" in diameter and can accept up to a 4 gauge wire. Connectors measure 3-1/8" long x 2-1/8" wide x 1" thick and measure 5-1/4" x 2-1/8" x 1" when connected as a set. The set is easy to use; just insert the wires into the terminal pins, crimp or solder. The pins can then be inserted into the connector housing and lock in place. Each kit comes with a pair of connectors (2 connector ends, 4 terminal pins, and 2 rubber boot caps).

The series-wound motor allows consistent power through the duty cycle as opposed to magnet motors that may falter when they heat up. The motor is reversible so the cable can be wound out or in. Components of the three-stage planetary gear system are precisely manufactured for efficient, smooth operation to eliminate slippage and wear. A lever on top allows easy engaging and disengaging from the drum. When disengaged, the drum will freespool, meaning the rope can be pulled without the motor. When engaged, the drum is secured to the motor using a sliding ring gear clutch. An automatic breaking system locks the rope in place to hold the load when power is not applied. The rope is extremely durable, abrasion-resistant 3/8" aircraft-quality wire (87') wrapped around a 2-1/2" diameter x 8-13/16" long drum. The roller fairleads use wave washers and c-clips to secure the rollers, and dowel-pin bearings and composite bushings on the multi-directional rollers mean smooth operation even at extreme angles. A hand held wired remote control with 12' cord allows the line-out and line-in controls to be operated at a distance. A wireless controller with battery is also included with a 75' range. The winch is easy to install; just mount the winch, connect the power, and ground. It measures 21-1/4" x 6-1/4" x 9-7/8" high, and weighs 90 pounds.
