We get this question a lot; why not just use a store bought trash or heavy duty bag for my dust collector? The simple answer is that the standard bags you find at a big box store are generally very thin and flimsy in comparison. This makes them vulnerable to tearing and ripping which makes for a complete mess for us to clean up after. Not only that, thinner bags "dry out" a lot quicker than thicker bags. When you see the transparent bag filled up, simply remove it from the dust collector, empty the bag and place it back on to the dust collector.
