Problem 3 For whistling sounds Solution 1.Decrease volume. Always begin with volume at the lowest point. Increase volume one click at a time, at a slow pace, until you find it most comfortable. 2.Be sure Earpiece is clean and inserted securely. Problem 4 If there is a disturbing noise in the background that will not go away Solution 1.Be sure you have allowed yourself to become acclimated to your iAid by using it in small increments and slowly increasing your usage time. It is important to get used to both sounds you are focusing on and background noise, as well. 2.Adjust Mode and Volume settings to help acclimate.
