These thermal lamination pockets are 10 mil thick on each flap for maximum strength, rigidity and protection. The adhesive becomes clear when heat activated. Example: When laminating 100# lb cover stock paper with 10 mil pouches, the result will be approximately 30 mil thick and similar to a standard credit card. Some pouch laminators cannot seal more than 5 mil pouches (10 mil total pouch thickness).
