DEFY Extreme Clear Wood Stain is a crystal clear stain and sealer formulated using state-of-the-art nano-technology to create a level of durability that simply has not been available in a clear wood finish in the past. Unlike other clears, DEFY Extreme Clear Wood Stain is a true clear stain that doesn't give the wood an amber tint. Ultraviolet rays cause wood to turn gray and become susceptible to water penetration and decay. DEFY Extreme Wood Stain effectively protects the wood from the harmful effects of the sun and from graying by using zinc nano-technology. Extreme Wood Stain contains zinc oxide particles that reflect the damaging ultraviolet rays from the sun. When you reduce the size of these zinc particles down to the nano level, they become invisible to the naked eye. These nano-particles are distributed at a rate of over 30 trillion per square inch of surface area to provide protection from the sun, much like sun blockers and sunscreen lotions. This will not only help to prolong the graying, but, as the nano-particles are highly resistant to mold and mildew, also helps enable retain the natural color. This 250 VOC-compliant, clear stain provides UV protection without changing the natural look of your wood. Extreme Wood Stain is also available in six semi-transparent colors: natural pine, cedar tone, light walnut, redwood, driftwood gray, and butternut. The Armor AR350 is a true wet look sealer. It will darken the surface of the concrete giving it a similar appearance to being wet. Dull and faded surfaces will appear instantly renewed once the Armor AR350 has been applied. The Armor AR350 can be applied to interior and exterior concrete, pavers, aggregate, concrete bricks, and natural stone. It makes a great garage floor coating, pool deck sealer, driveway sealer, or warehouse floor coating. It can easily be applied with a pump sprayer or roller. Armor Non slip additives are also available. The satin-low gloss coating left behind by the Armor AR350 is resistant to UV rays, exposure to salt and fresh water pool systems, hot tire pickup, dusting, some staining, and efflorescence. The Armor AR350 can be applied to unsealed surfaces, and to surfaces previously sealed with a solvent based acrylic (a test area is always suggested to verify compatibility). 5 gallons will cover up to 500 square feet in two coats. Coverage will vary depending on porosity and application method. Use on properly prepared new to moderately weathered and unsealed exterior wood surfaces (0-10 years exposure) including decks, shingles, wood patio furniture, railings, siding, shakes and fences. This semi-transparent stain provides a mildew-resistant finish and UV protection. Coverage of up to 250 square feet For the first coat and up to 500 square feet For the second coat.
