Used in conjunction with the steel cable pulley, the heavy-duty 75” long rubber sheathed cable is designed with strength, durability, and smooth operation in mind. This versatile, space-sufficient unit can be used with several cable attachment for different cable workouts, such as tricep rope pull downs, lat pull downs, cable crunches, and many others. Just be sure to have a stable seat or place to put your feet if performing lat pull downs to ensure you get the most efficient workout. Not only is the PY-1 easy to use and easy to transport, it is also just as easy to set up. Simply thread the weight plate ring strap through the center of a bumper plate (sold separately) and attach it to the cable with the Carabiner clip. The cable pulley and connecting strap can be attached to power racks, pull-up bars, beams, or any stable location where it can be safely attached. While the purchase includes a Pull Down strap for use, you can also use the PY-1 with the Valor Fitness MB-5 Triceps Rope Accessory (sold separately), the MB-20 Solid Steel LAT Pull Accessory (sold separately), or even the MB-48 LAT Pull Accessory Bar (sold separately). The Valor Fitness BD-7 Power Rack with Lat Pull and Pull Up Station, constructed of a 12-gauge steel 2"x 2" frame, offers an in-cage working space of 23.5" front to back and 43.5" side to side. 4 plate storage pegs to the rear of the unit and 2 on each side allow for standard size plates to be stored. Olympic plates can easily be accommodated as well. A pull up station, located at the top of the rack, boasts solid steel construction with knurled grips at either end. Also included is the lat pull down station with an adjustable pulley extension, a lap bar and a low row/curl bar. The unit measures approximately 83" from floor and is suitable for users up to 350lbs. Users can achieve the perfect adjustment with 27 variable positions for bar supports located from 17.5" to 68" in height from the floor. Constructed from 2” x 2” 12-gauge steel for strength and durability, the CB-12 includes a Lat Bar and an adjustable lower utility T-Bar to offer a range of lat, shoulder, and arm exercises. Further adding to the unit’s functionality, a double stitched harness strap with soft handles allows the user to perform seated ab crunches. The bar holder located at the top of the unit provides room for the user to perform other exercises without the lat bar getting in the way. Some of the exercises possible with the CB-12 include tricep pull down, lat pull down, seated row, upright row, standing arm curls, and ab crunches.
